TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING:

1. Every piece is special as it is handmade & hand-dyed. Hence, no two pieces are the same just like how everything in nature has its own unique character. Due to the nature of various crafted techniques, variations can occur between any two pieces on the site and the product received.
2. Each style is made to order in the studio by our small team - therefore, it may take us up to 2-4 weeks to finish a style and ship it out. We do not sit on any stock, to avoid creating waste. To support small business supply chains that work with integrity, production takes time, so please be patient for your NBNW magic.
3. Once an order is shipped, we will share the tracking details with you within 24 hours from time of dispatch from our studio. Orders tend to take about 3-5 days to reach you, if it's smooth sailing from airport to airport. With Covid policies in effect, please be mindful that everything is taking longer than usual.
4. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address provided by you for a few days after you receive the email confirming shipping information. If it's not possible for someone to be at the address, please ensure there's a doorman/someone trusted around to receive the package. If a package isn't received because of multiple delivery attempts, because you could not be contacted or if the package was stolen or misplaced in a common area we will not be able to process a full refund or make the order for you again. 
5. We are happy to process a full refund or exchange for any of our other styles, if you're not entirely happy with your order. In the case of a refund, please note that it may take about 2- 4 working days for the same to reflect in your account.
   In the case of an exchange, please write to us within 10 days of receiving your order for the next steps. The style to be exchanged should be sent back to us within 7 days. As soon as we receive the style back, we'll start working on a new one for you.
6. Please note that on some occasions a package may incur some duty charges. If so, the same will need to be paid for you, the buyer. If you wish to find out these charges, please check with your destination customs office with regards to duties, as it varies from location to location around the world.
