HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING FROM THE ONLINE SITE?
Completely secure! We use either Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay or provide the option of all global cards via Shopify Payments to process all transactions. We do not have access to any payment/card information, either from the payment gateway or from our backend. All we know is where to ship your order to.

WHAT FORM OF CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
If it was up to us we would only accept gold coins. For now, our online shop is in US Dollars and does provide currency conversions in Canadian Dollars, Euros and Indian Rupees. Since our backend is built on USD, your transaction will be processed in USD. Please note that your card issuing bank will charge and process the payment based on their exchange rate, this may not necessarily match with our currency converter. We do not levy any conversion charges.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
NBNW gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay & PayPal.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES?
We do not charge any taxes on your order. You pay what you see. However, custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. NBNW is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges are, as they vary for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend for you to contact your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipped from India to your country of residence.

MY CARD WAS DECLINED. WHAT NOW?
All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks from the issuing back, and/or the payment gateway. In some instances, your bank may not allow a transaction to go through, if they do not recognise the payment gateway, or fear it may not be you making the transaction if this is your first time shopping with us. Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are correct. If they are, please contact your card issuing bank to understand what the problem may be and they should be able to assist you. At any point during the process, you can reach out to us at shop@norblacknorwhite.com for any additional information or assistance.

CAN I REVISE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT? IF SO, HOW CAN I DO IT?
You definitely can! We understand if you change your mind. Please let us know within 48 hours of your order placement date on shop@norblacknorwhite.com and mention your order number in the email. We will not be able to make changes on your order once your goods have been shipped out.

Thank you for making NBNW a part of any celebration! We offer gift cards for the amount of $50, $100, $200, $300, $400 and $500. You can view them HERE. MY ORDER IS MISSING A PIECE/I GOT THE WRONG STYLES FROM MY ORDER!
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at shop@norblacknorwhite.com with images of how you received your NBNW package & your order number, and we’ll sort it out on priority. Whatever the issue may be, we’ll fix it as soon as possible!

I DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED. WHAT NOW?
Once the package is shipped out to you, there isn’t anything we can do to stop the shipment. If for any reason you do not accept your NBNW package when delivery is attempted and subsequently the package is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your original shipping fees, if any, any custom duties/taxes incurred in your destination country as well as in India, and the shipping charges of getting your package back to us. Your refund amount will reflect all these deductions.
